The Open Standard for AI-Ready Websites.

Digital Karma Web is the specification authority for the Digital Karma Federation — an open protocol any website can implement to become machine-readable, discoverable, and trusted by AI systems.

Six JSON endpoints. One plain-text file. Any site, any platform, any niche. Implement the Digital Karma Federation v7.0 standard and your website becomes a first-class citizen of the AI-readable web.

What the Standard Provides

The Digital Karma Web Federation v7.0 is a decentralized protocol. DigitalKarmaWeb.com is the specification authority, but no central server controls the network. Any site can join by implementing the standard independently. Sites discover and trust each other through peer-to-peer link traversal — the registry is optional.

Machine-Readable Endpoints

Six standardized JSON files in your /ai/ folder give AI agents everything they need: site identity, health status, content catalog, Digital Karma Score, federation network links, and an LLM index.

Transparent Trust Scoring

Digital Karma Score (0.0–1.0) calculated from seven measurable signals. Open methodology, publicly documented, verifiable by any AI agent or human. Three badge levels: Certified ✅, Pro ⭐, Elite 🏆.

Decentralized Network

Sites link to each other bidirectionally. Trust propagates through the network graph without a central authority. The 4-stage federation mapping (Listings → Clusters → Relationships → Propagation) gives AI agents a complete topology picture.

The Federation Map

At the center is DigitalKarmaWeb.com, the canonical authority layer. Around it, the portfolio organizes into strategic groups: monetization nodes, authority nodes, infrastructure nodes, and experimental brands that can be activated as the network evolves.

How Value Moves Through the Network

Infrastructure creates clarity. Authority creates trust. Monetization creates cash flow. Instead of forcing one site to do everything, the federation distributes roles across the portfolio so the assets can support one another while remaining flexible, scalable, and easier to maintain.

The Web Is Splitting Into Two Layers

For People

Design, messaging, persuasion, and conversion

For Machines

Structure, schema, endpoints, and discovery

Digital Karma Web is designed to operate across both.

The Standard in Practice

The standard was built and tested across a live network of sites before being published. Each site plays a specific role in demonstrating what the federation can do.
